1. Service. Chapuland is a free site and app for information and visit planning for Chapultepec Forest, operated by [controller]. We are not an official channel and do not represent any authority.
2. Information. Hours, prices and rules are verified periodically but may change without notice. Confirm before visiting. AI-generated plans are suggestions; you decide.
3. Your content. By publishing photos, texts or reports you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on the site, the app and our social media, with attribution where applicable. You can delete them at any time.
4. Conduct. Do not publish third parties' personal data, offensive or false content, or undisclosed commercial content. We moderate before publishing and may remove content or accounts.
5. Reports. Must be based on observed facts. We are not responsible for how authorities handle forwarded reports.
6. Intellectual property. Chapuland, its logo and its contents belong to [controller]. Names of museums, venues and third-party brands belong to their owners.
7. Liability. Use of the forest is at your own risk. In an emergency call 911.
8. Governing law. Laws of the United Mexican States; courts of Mexico City.
